# PrepPro Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to provide the Service.

## What we collect
- Account info: email and password (managed by Firebase Authentication), and optional display name.
- Profile/plan data you enter (weight, goals, preferences, saved plans).
- Optional diagnostics/telemetry if you opt in.
- Basic local settings cached on your device.

## How we use it
- Provide and improve the Service.
- Generate meal plans and shopping lists.
- Maintain account access and security.
- Diagnose issues if you opt in.

## Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share only with service providers needed to run the app (e.g., Firebase), and only diagnostics if you opt in.

## Your choices
You can update your profile, opt out of telemetry, and request account deletion at any time.

### Account deletion
You can permanently delete your PrepPro account and associated data at any time from within the app:

- Open the app and sign in.
- From the Home screen, tap **“About • Terms • Copyright • Version”**.
- In the About dialog, scroll to **“Account & data”** and tap **“Delete account”**.
- Confirm when prompted.

This will delete your account (including the underlying Firebase Authentication user and related user record) and clear your saved profile, plans, weights, favourites and preferences from your device. This action cannot be undone.
